This is nice and easy to use. Mine lives just under the couch and is ready to be pulled out for a few minutes of use. It’s comfortable and feels really good. The knobby pieces for the heels are very nice. Perfect size and good quality building. I’ve had it for quite a while now and it’s in perfect shape. No issues.

I walk 5-10 miles for work everyday and usually have to soak my feet at the end of the day. With TheraFlow, it helps add on to easing my sore feet or even on my "spa days." It's a nice foot massager and a very sturdy one. It has that "new" smell of bamboo that is tolerable. Just let it air out. It's small enough to put under the couch and to use while I watch TV. I'd recommend for any beginners who need to ease feet pain.

Tried it already, and it felt well; the only thing to be improved, maybe is to increase the arc. Other than that, it is value product for your money.

It doesn’t look like much but it has done wonders for my achy breaky feet and will for yours, also.The negative is that it does hurt your feet when you’re rolling and when no one’s around I let the “ouch” come out. Therefore, I recommend wearing socks to put a small dent in the pain.The positives are that this little baby is (1) small and compact; (2) sturdy and the base does not move when you are rolling your feet; (3) bargain priced ; (4) scent free and doesn’t make your feet stink; surprisingly quiet and doesn’t make a lot of noise; (5) a ten out of ten and it WORKS!

this is so blessing my feet in the same ways that a reflexology session might..it’s magically and immediately able to be used by anyone and such a lovely gift for persons of a wide variety of ages..it is also particularly heavy duty in the context of wonderfully sturdy.. additionally this company is a dream to work with and has so speedily resent me another when my first order was inadvertentlymis-delivered by a carrier..i have now the greatest confidence in theraflow as a company both for their great products and for their caring and brilliantly effective customer service..this foot massaging unit is truly a jewel in the health-care of our bodies using the feet and their reflexology reference points as our guides and our starting points...

I bought this to keep under my desk, which I spend way too many hours at. I self-diagnose Plantar Fascitis (cause that's what guys do - we don't need no stinking doctors) and poor circulation in my legs. So I thought one of these things might help. And I believe it does.After rolling your feet around on this thing for a while, when I get up and move around my feet feel nice. Best way to describe it is it's how you feel after having a foot massage. The foot feels relaxed and not tense. Maybe it's too early to tell, as I've only had it a couple days. But the build quality seems very good, the no-skid pads on the bottom are good quality and keep it from sliding on my hard floors, and the price is great. Why not give it a try!

Nice little manual foot massager. I keep it under my desk so I can rub my feet on it periodically while working. Not sure if it really has any therapeutic benefit, but I like it anyway.
