Dick B. Presents the Dead Sea Scrolls of A.A.
Dr. Bob's wife Ann, with Lois and Bill W. gave the beginning of today's Program. A profound, wonderful book that inspires and provides a continual text of spiritual discipline. Check out Dick B web site and his son is helpful.

Anne's Journal
I enjoyed this book a lot more than Dr. Bob's Library. It gave me the understanding of how important Quiet Time and morning devotion time were for the early A.A. members. It gave me a clearer understanding of Anne's dedication to the Oxford program of recovery. I can almost see Anne, Dr. Bob and Bill W. gathered around the kitchen table praying and reading scripture every day.

Christian members will like this better than heathens
The late Dick B. and I are at opposite ends of AA's range of spirituality, but I respect his research and his fondness for AA. Anne's Smith's Journal reflects her deeply held Christianity, and somewhat bemoans AA's general detachment from its Christian roots. Christian members will like this better than heathens.bob kAuthor - KEY PLAYERS IN AA HISTORY

For those who might share interest, this book sheds light on the early years of AA's transition from The Oxford Group into a world wide spiritual movement of its own.
