Good does the the job

Good during workout.

I’ve been sick for a couple weeks now and have been battling fatigue. I don’t wanna get out of bed, let alone work out. I was looking into preworkout, which I have never tried, and was worried because I’m sensitive to caffeine. Found this little travel pack and decided to give it a try since it has green tea. All I can say is WOW. I only used half a packet in 8 oz of water and I had a burst of energy for a solid 2 hours. I was able to plow through an great workout that I normally struggle with. I can’t wait to see how I feel tomorrow. I will be purchasing the big container after I finish these packs.

I felt much better after a run when I started using ON Amino Energy. I got these as a way to try out the amino formula before buying a larger container. The flavor was not bad, but slightly odd--there was a "chemically" after-taste. The powder dissolves quickly in room-temperature water, and then I add chilled water and it sits in the fridge for 40-60 minutes while I work out. The powder does settle out so it has to be remixed before drinking. These packets would be a handy way to have an amino recovery formula on-the-go or at an event away from home. Mix before hand so the beverage can be chilled in a cooler; the flavor may or may not rinse out of a water bottle so you may have to commit a container to ON use.

I love these packets for traveling. The taste is a little strong, and I wish they were offered in my favorite Blueberry Lemonade flavor, but this is a good substitute. The packets are easy to open and very convenient for when I can't make my drink at home. The price is a little steep, though.

The flavor is almost too overwhelming if you use the prescribed amount of water. I really love the flavor, but one packet is really good for about double or triple the water. The Grape flavor is outstanding alone, but I added 1/3 of a packet to an 8 oz of grape juice to get some carbs for a hard workout and it was incredible. Also ordered the Blue Raspberry, which was good, and I would order again.

Couldn't really say if these even made a difference, cause I never felt like they improved my performance or endurance. It didn't taste like anything other than the water that was with it.
