I was concerned if it will be compatible with Hero 7 black and it is. Build quality is good. It should survive if you drop gopro however best of luck.

YES IT IS WATER RESISTANT, BUT WHEN YOU USE IT IN COLD WEATHER AND THAN GO IN SUNLIGHT IT CREAT FOD ON THE LENS WHICH WILL BLUR YOUR GO PRO VIDEO NOT YET BROKE LOOK LIKE QUALITY IS GOOD .. I KIND MADE OF FIBER.. SEE SOME FOOTAGE OF THE PRODUCT

Received a damaged product..Photo shoot button not working
The quality looks good but I am unable yo shoot / capture photos or videos as the button on top doesn't get in contact to the camera's button on top .I am unable to return as I was travelling & the return window is closed.

Fits hero 5 quite well but would have been better id sold around 350 400...

Quality is good. Fit is good. I have not used it underwater yet. Will give review once used. First impression is good.
