Exactly what I needed!
Could be the best guided journal I have ever come across; I've owned and looked at several others. Much more than a gratitude journal, and more productive than a typical blank, unstructured diary. So thoughtfully organized, with time for reflection at both the beginning and end of each day, monthly and weekly check-ins, and some blank pages for other notes, observations. I set aside a just a few minutes (literally) of silent time - away from phone, noise, distractions - to reflect and write my daily entries. They may be the most important and grounding moments of my day.I love that this book includes a monthly check, along with weekly questions and a full page for notes; it really helps me gauge where I am, where I want to go, what I want to work on, and the progress I am making. Kind of self-guided life coaching. I use the blank pages to note observations/topics that I may want to write about in more depth, either digitally or in a separate notebook.The physical book itself is also lovely. I like the simple linen cover, unobtrusive embossed titling, and most of all - the paper is excellent, high quality for writing. Fountain pen friendly, no feathering, bleeding or ghosting - perfect for all of your pens!If you want your journal-keeping to be more personally productive, this is a great book. The attitude of gratitude
Didn't realize how a pre-printed journal would be so helpful in starting the habit of gratitude. It would seem easy enough to do something similar in a plain journal- I have tried that on numerous occasions. I have never been successful in maintaining that consistency until I started using this. I wasn't perfect, I missed a few days, 4 days at most, for the entirety of the time I used it. Many times, I did not "learn something new" for the day. I admit, I felt pressure trying to think of something to write, I still struggle w that. Overall, still a worthy purchase. This is my second book. The first book was purchased for off my Amazon wish list for Christmas.
