So far so good
Ordered this and a 24". Cabinet arrived with no damages. It looks good and the outlet does fit a US plug. Haven't had it installed yet.

This unit is very well made
I ordered the 24" x 36" model. I gave it 4 stars only because I found the installation instructions not very clear. They cover many different models and are a bit confusing. One other note is that this unit is so well made it is heavy! Therefore, if installing alone you need to be a bit inventive on lifting it and simultaneously connecting the wiring. But once installed i predict you will be very happy with it !

Nice quality unit, arrived from England to US very quickly and with no damage. Well packaged. Easy to install, hangs on metal brackets.
