Wow. This thing is amazing. It’s heavy as heck. It feels like a 5 lb medicine ball. I’m a heavy dude 286 lb bodybuilder and it’s great and extremely solid to get into my glutes and hamstrings. Even if I tried to break it I wouldn’t be able to. Usually these foam balls are easily breakable but this thing is literally solid plastic rubber. Literally like rolling on a bowling ball with grooves. It’s amazing. If you don’t need something intense then this isn’t your item. I’m telling you this thing is heavy duty.

I love the Rogue Supernova 2.0 and I now understand why it's so expensive. Was hoping this would be an affordable dupe for it, and it is not. It doesn't not get into all the little muscles the way the Supernova does. Still a good stiff roller, just not as good as the supernova.
