Sizzix Accessory - Tool Kit inspired by Susan Tierney-Cockburn

This kit is essential if you are making any of the blossoms in the Susan's Garden series (or if you just like making paper flowers with other diecuts or punchies). The tools are well made and make some of the more tedious jobs of forming petals and leaves much easier. Even if you already have the McGill tool set, you will probably want to add this one to your collection. The petal pad is thicker and has a softer give. The leaf pad is just right to get the veining details in without going too deep or tearing your stock. Having a craft mat for gluing and coloring already in the set was a stroke of brilliance. My favorites are the loop and leaf tools; the loop tool in particular is very well made. The tweezers are pointed end and work like a dream. They closed tightly and were not stiff. All of the tools can be stored neatly in the easy-to-open (and close) clear clam shell box.

I talked myself out of getting this set of tools for a long time, why? Because I had so many other tools I thought I was good to go, WRONG this set has more and is perfectly designed in shapes and sizes to get the right curves and lines in your flower making, if you follow my posts at all you will see I most always give sizzix a five star, thats because their product is AMAZING and does what it says it will do, if it doesn't I play around untl it does, I found that it is usually user error with me at first when trying to learn, one thing I dislike about their product is the lack of directions that come with items, I love youtube!

The tools work great and are comfortable to use, the rubber on the handles does tend to curl up to one end if you apply pressure as I do when in a hurry. My reason for a four star rating is the storage of these tools, or should I say lack of.

I don't like this set. All made from cheapest materials.

Disappointed that there isn't a case to put the tools in. Tools are great, but either I keep them in the original packaging, difficult or they are lose, which I don't like.

You might not need to need the scissors included but take them as a bonus because you are going to love the rest of the tools including the mats. shipping was fast, well packaged and so far i am happy with my purchase. i will update in the future if anything goes wrong with them in a certain amount of time.Tip: susan's videos are excellent tutorials. you should watch those too.

I like Susan's Garden Tool Kit. It comes with everything I need. However, there are cheaper ones out there..I think McGills has a good set. I bought this one because of all the hype. It's good..there are just cheaper ones available. It's a pretty good buy though. My flowers definitely have more dimension and realistic qualities added to them because of these tools.

I can't even express how much difference this tool kit made in my paper floral greeting cards. This tool kit gives all of your flowers, leaves and stems texture that you just can't get without it. I know because I've tried! It includes everything you need to make your project more realistic. It turns what can be frustrating into "so easy"! There is a YouTube video that demonstrates what is in the kit and how to use all of the fabulous tools included in it. The photo shows how I was able to put veins and curves to the tiny little leaves on this greeting card.

Love using these, also like that it has a storage case, so the tools don't get lost in between other stuff. I've used it extensively and could not be more pleased with a product
