These hand protectors are ok for small brush.

They are good for thorns and other small brush.The mount is plastic.

Survives the test!

Bought these before riding the iron man at desert 100. Went down and bent the handlebar riser and the guard survived impact! Not to mention how many sage brush they kept from impacting my hands! Well worth it.

Doesn't quite fit Kawasaki KLX300's. Had to whittle the heck out of it.

Clutch side fit fine, handbrake side did not. Had to whittle a good bit of the plastic away where it was making contact with the brake fluid bolts, even after moving the brake. So, not really your best bet, though I made it work after considerable determination and modification.
