Effective for calming all the doggos 🐶
My boys love these, and they really do add a calming effect and makes them take a little snooze too. They do smell a bit strange but have clean ingredients and are effective. They are soft chewables and I give my pups up to 3 a day! I buy these every few months and love to have them on hand!

More resilience, better recovery, supported nervous system for thunderstorms
Most calming chews haven't worked very well. My senior golden retriever girl has storm and thunder phobia that has gotten worse with age. Living in Florida we get daily thunderstorms in the Summer which are really hard on her. She hyperventilates, runs around, paws you, pees, shakes uncontrollably and even gets hind weakness if it's really bad. It's awful. This year I decided to try these as nervous system support for the season. I've been giving them around 30 mins before a storm when I can catch it in time. Real time the chews definitely help take her panic from an 8 to a 3.5. If it's a bad storm, she's still stressed but only mildly vs full panic mode with poor recovery. Which is a major win for her!The most unexpected but positive effect has been improved resilience, which is really the unexpected best case scenario. By this I mean that she can now hear very bad thunder off 8 miles in the distance and instead of throttling into panic she lifts her head, looks around and goes back to sleep. (A miracle.) And she's now laying down post-storm even while it's still rumbling (miracle) but has moved off from over us, and within a few minutes she's considering a nap versus having a hard time relaxing post-stress. Her reactions are just more proportional. Her hair trigger is far reduced which is really the best outcome for her since the storms happen so so often.AND we don't even give her the full suggested dose. She's 100 pounds and 2-3 chews make a serious difference.

Ah yes, NaturVet’s Quiet Moments — or as I like to call them, “The Bedtime Biscuits of Bliss.” Now then, let’s not mince words: these delightful little morsels do appear to work a treat. I give one to Sir Nugget each evening, and before you can say “bring me my monocle,” he’s curled up like a croissant and off to the Land of Nod.But — and here’s the rub — the dear chap has been out all day! I mean truly, he clocks in like a proper employee. Out the door by 8 AM, back by 7 PM, emotionally supporting children, warding off invisible squirrels, and offering security patrols with flair. By the time he gets his chew, he’d probably sleep through a brass band playing Rule Britannia in the parlour. So is it the chew… or just sheer exhaustion? One does wonder.Still, he likes the flavour, doesn’t wake up grumpy, and hasn’t filed an HR complaint, so we’re calling it a win.Would I buy it again? Already have, darling.Four stars, because let’s be honest — the dog might just be knackered.A Working Dog’s Review of Quiet Moments, by Sir Nugget, Esq.Rating: ★★★★☆ (Four Dramatic Flourishes)Right, listen here. I, Sir Nugget of Harlequin House, am a Working Gentleman. Not one of those pampered pooches who lounges about on velvet cushions nibbling foie gras, no sir. I clock in at 8 sharp every morning, wrangling children, herding Labradors, issuing side-eye at suspicious leaves, and maintaining security at all snack zones. I don’t just earn treats — I deserve them. Now then, this “Quiet Moments” chew — I accept it nightly with the gravitas of a butler receiving the crown jewels. It’s rather tasty, I must say. A curious bouquet of ginger and dignity, with notes of “bedtime snack.”And yes, within moments, I’m drifting off into dreams of bacon and squirrels on stilts. But let’s be frank: after eleven hours of absolute chaos with three tiny humans, I’d probably fall asleep chewing a shoe.Is the chew working its magic, or am I simply knackered from a full day’s service to the realm? Unclear. But I shan’t complain. It’s delicious, it’s calming, and it comes in a delightful tub that rattles in a most exciting way.Four stars from me. Deducted one purely because it doesn’t come with a side of belly rubs.Yours in noble service,Sir Nugget, Canine of Character, Keeper of the Blankie, Defender of the Snack Drawer

Didn't work for my girl
Update: 2024 12 20 - The seller has reached out to me due to my original review, and I will give them FIVE STARS for that and support of their product. Coming from the violent background that my little girl did, I will say that maybe she is just too afraid of everything yet for any product such as this to really work. OR MAYBE I just didn't give her "enough" at one time to help. I'm really cautious on "meds" for any pet I have, and she could very well be that one exception to any rule. I have only had her since April of this year, and it took her a few months to realize TOYS were to play with and chew on if she wanted to; and the noises and commotion in the apartment building I live in (not the best environment) gives her reason to be on guard all the time. I appreciate the seller taking the time to reach out and resolve the issue in the best way possible. THANK YOU NATURVET for "takin' care of business".I got these for my newly adopted baby girl. She came from Texas and was in a violent, backyard, hoarding, breeding situation. When I got her, she was just about to turn two. Everything in her new environment was scary for her. THESE DID NOT HELP CALM her down even a little that I could see. Now, it's been a few months and she is starting to realize that people around us will not hurt her or kick her and she's starting to trust people for the first time. She does not leave my side, but trying to help calm her even for a walk ... well, these just didn't help her out.

It works and that’s what matters!
I have 3 big boys, 2 of which get extreme anxiety during fireworks and when it thunders. My area will be experiencing thunderstorms all week so I needed something! When I heard the first rumble of thunder my 100lb+ pup was already trying to get in our laps so I hurried up and gave both my pups the recommended amount. Within a half hour my boys are calm and relaxed and they’re not trying to claw their way into our laps and they’re not shaking like leaves. I’d say this stuff works!
