These Reed's peppermint candies are the only hard candy I've found without artificial color or flavor that comes individually wrapped and in roll form. I am very sensitive to artificial colors and flavors, and most peppermint hard candies seem to have one or the other (or both, in some cases). These are great for a sore throat, especially for those of us who hate the taste of the usual menthol. I also have a medical condition that causes nausea, so I use peppermint rather than actual medication to control it whenever possible. I prefer these to the other "Tummy Drops" peppermint candies, as they taste better and I have had no bad reactions to them. (Some peppermints with real peppermint oil can cause small blisters.) These are definitely a bit pricey at close to a dollar per roll when bought by the box (sometimes called a "case" here) but I think they are worth it if you can afford them. If you are on a strict budget, the Tummy Drops or the Brach's starlight mints also have real peppermint oil and can work in a pinch. Minus one star due to the somewhat steep price; otherwise no complaints.

We purchased these to use as a party favor at my daughter’s grad party. Guests loved the way they tasted. They arrived quickly so it was an easy last minute idea to complete in time for her party. I was a able to cover all 24 rolls with 2 sheets of 12” x 12” craft paper.

I first tried these at a place that sells old candy brands. I liked them so much I was happy to find a larger box on Amazon. These mints do not have any harsh taste and give you a light mint flavor. The root beer ones too are really good! I found those at a Cracker Barrel.

I love these Reeds peppermint candies! They have a great flavor and are not overwhelming like Altoids. I also like that they are individually wrapped, so they are easy and hygienic to share definitely recommend.

Ordered 2nd box for my 85 yo friend who likes the peppermint to settle her stomach.
