Light sweetness and excellent convenience
I made a loaf of bread in my bread maker. The fructose powder provided a light sweetness that was perfect for this loaf. I used several types of flour along with a good bread flour. The yeast loved the fructose and the bread was tall and stately - and very delicious.

Worked well, just don’t expect it to arrive on time.
My gummies came out perfectly and weren’t overly sweet. I will use it again. My only gripe is it didn’t arrive the next day, and the second package arrived several days after the first one.

Very small bag, disappointed
Very small bag. Disappointed. Fructose is available from other vendors on Amazon at a much better price per volume ratio

My pet bird is a nectar-eating Lorikeet. The fructose powder mixed with several other ingredients is the perfect replacement for nectar. Thanks for stocking it. It’s becoming hard to find.
