Being tired of gas station chargers which didn’t work or were extremely slow charging , I made the decision to actually read reviews and check the specs. This proved to be very worthwhile! Due to my work, there’s a tremendous amount of security on my cell which ZAPS my battery over the course of an 10 hour work day. While driving home I can now actually get a charge on my phone. This makes my family very happy ! I can now actually charge and receive calls on my drive home, sounds silly...but prior to purchasing this charger, it was impossible for my phone to get a 1% charge during a 20-45 minute drive! Also keep in mind I couldn’t receive or make calls if battery was low, because The charging ports did not charge rapidly enough to keep up or charge if I made a call or receive one. Basically my phone just died I’m thrilled to say this charging port is absolutely fantastic. Not only does it actually charge my phone, it charges while I’m making calls or receiving a call. I’ve checked to see if unit get hot during use and it does not! Having 2 ports is nice Incase our son is with me and needs a quick boost on his phone. I’ve used this daily since it arrived (3weeks) and I haven’t experienced any decline in charging rate which has always been a problem with the Gas Station chargers! I know this is a long review for such a tiny item but I wanted to provide info to actually be helpful! I’ve spent at least $150 easy on cheap charge adapters over the course of a years, and I’ve finally bought one that works!! If it dies, it has already paid for itself by removing my dead phone stress! I HIGHLY Recommend this item and I will definitely purchase another one should I need too.

I used this charger on a motorcycle trip to charge my old iPhone 8+ that I use for navigation. Used the 2.4amp USB and it worked great. The phone was screen on, navigating, and connected to my helmet Bluetooth for 8 hours+ a day and the battery stayed at 100% the entire time. Even more, I randomly had a charge cable fail one day and the phone dropped to 13% charge. I grabbed a new cable and this charger was able to recharge the phone back to 100% in just an hour or two while doing all the things mentioned above. Color me impressed. Also, an important design element for motorcyclists, this unit is compact, sticking up only about a half inch from the 13v port, the USB ports have a snug fit (no cords wiggling free as you ride), and the plug itself fits very snuggly into the 12v port. Things stayed rock solid for the trip, much of which was in the dirt.

So this has been my daily charger and overall it's been steady and can charge my phone with google maps and bluetooth running but for some reason the quick charging isn't consistent. I have found that if you unplug the actual charger from the lighter port and place it back in then my phone will say turbocharging. Don't know why I have to unplug/plug back in to get the turbo charge working but it's still a good charger. I have a different charger with the same cables in another car that turbo charges everytime I plug in the usb cable so it's def the charger but even when it doesn't turbo charge the power output is sufficient for me.

These charge your phone very fast , and does what iits supposed to do. I purchased 3 all together.

Bought this in 2020, and I used/enjoyed it but never really knew what I bought or appreciated it until just today. I needed to upgrade my phone car charger/holder/mount (since I have an ancient car that doesn't have a smart screen nav) and bought one that required a QC3.0 usb port. I didn't even think about what I'd do without. Anyway, this made the upgrade seamless with the test. Honestly, I'd say buy a few and keep one in your bag/purse and car. In case you want to charge in a friend's car. I'd say obvs also have a usb cord with. This is a fantastic buy and I think 100% worth it. I've never had a problem with it and it's a no brainer (color coded!!!!).

A replacement for my old charger, works great.

I purchased this item almost 3 years ago when I got a new car, and it is still working very well. I leave it plugged into my car, so I'm not loosening the connection by removing it all the time. It's a good size, not too big. I like the color it lights up when the car is on. It also makes it easy to see. It has held up very well for me, and still charges well. I have had no issues with it at all. I recommend this item.
