I got these for an idea i had, their size is exactly the size of dip (snuff) can example Copenhagen, Grizzly etc. I just dump a new can of that stuff into one of these, it's like a new can every time i need a pinch. Of coarse i didn't really need 18 to test the idea, but i passed a few round to family members that also dip they say 5 star as well for the use we used them for. So if you dip or know someone who does get these, you'll be super happy as your dip will stay fresh & moist as a new can every pinch all the way to the end of the can. The can seems to be air tight, when tightened to the max. i would trust it in my pocket if i was wading in water. So might be handy for that idea even for river swimmers that dip. Aluminum is very light empty can of these is lighter than a empty dip can. Pretty sturdy i mean i wouldn't jump on them and expect them to stay in shape but could handle a drop that would typically bust a dip can or cause it to unintentionally open, wont have worry about something like that with these. Could be handy for someone carries dip can in shirt pocket or take risks of dropping a can. Plus, the cans seem be polished aluminum so little bit of style to them. I may take a laser engraver stylize mine some in the future. Cheaper than buying these artsy plastic lids for dip cans thats for sure. Why pay $5-$10 for a can lid when buy airtight can engrave a permanent artistic image yourself for 72 cent? (per can) resale them $5 each make your own artistic dip can business? These are unexpectedly quite handy. I bought these to help organize and store bobby pins and hair ties which it worked perfectly for. They are quite compact and easy to store or stack so I went ahead and used them to sort and store most of my earrings (all except for huge ones). They came packaged quite snugly so they were in perfect condition on arrival. My only complaint is that I wish I could buy smaller amounts like maybe a pack of 10. There were more than I could find uses for. But other than that they were great and quite good for the price!

I needed easy open shallow containers for pills.I attached a ring holder that is normally for cell phones, on the back of each , to make them easy to hold onto and to open, with my fumbling hands.Works well. And the ring gives me something to put them on a hook when not in use.

I purchased the 2 Oz tin cans to use for my Tester Body Creams; see picture. They are perfect! 👍 The lid has a white seal in it and it screws on nicely. I have one of the Body Cream Tester tin in my purse and it's been holding up well in there. 👜 The tins arrived quickly and in new condition. I bought these to hold lip scrub I made for Christmas gifts last year, and had some left over. I started using them to hold a serving of nuts/trail mix in my purse, and they are THE BEST. Perfect for small snacks for me and my kids, great addition to any lunch box! I'm probably going to buy more in a larger size too.
