Robosoft Systems 12V Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery (3S)

After I got the product when I checked voltage it was showing 11.67 V then charged using Robosoft Systems 12V Lithium-Ion Battery Charger (Black) (https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00VQ759YI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) . After recharging my battery volt reduced less than 5V , Two of the battery inside the case was dead, I was not able to use

It was NOT a 12V battery as advertised, instead it was a 7.2 V battery, I couldn't return it because I had removed the plastic cover.

Very low quality. no balance charger! do not risk with this battery. Balance charging is necessary for liions as they are prone to be flammable if charged inccorctly.

Fake product,i would not give any stars at all,all batteries inside are either used or not capable of holding enough capacity

It was as expected, and delivered promptly. Since it has three cells, not sure how the charger balances the charge in each cell when charging.

Its a pack of used li ion 18650 cells. I purchased 2 of these expecting them to be using new cells in the pack. One cell in the pack died in 2 months of use.

its a okay product, has been working fine for me but it is very costly and can be only charged with a robosoft system's charger which is pretty expensive too

battery gets fully discharge ....how to get it charge using mobile charger......anyone please help me brother
