Max Factor Facefinity Compact Foundation 8 Toffee 10 ml

Best compact I have ever found, been using them for years. It's like a foundation and powder in one, that is easy to apply and looks good. This is a very trustworthy foundation compact. It might be pricier when compared to other things on the market, but it is definitely worth the investment. It is very smooth and spreads out evenly, without being blotchy and it lasts quite a while (at least 4 hours, was what I noticed for me). You can use this one with or without a liquid foundation and they interact just fine on the skin. Sometimes I want to let my skin breathe and only use the compact and it does a great job on its own! It's in a very pretty case and is so light that you can always find space for it in your purses. I use the natural shade, since the sand one is just a bit too dark fro me during this season. Normally I switch to the sand shade during summer when I get really tanned. It is very matte and covers any bits of skin that have a shiny tendency, so it blots them out neatly. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have the best quality products to rely on at all times.

I have tried Max Factor foundations in the past, mainly liquid & cream varieties, but this excels them all. It gives a fantastic full coverage, but is extremely natural.It is as easy to apply as a cream but like a mineral powder, the beauty being it is not messy to apply like most mineral foundations. I find on me (I don't have any major issues with regards to dry / oily patches) I have to touch up after 6 hours, so its not an all day foundation, but with the handy compact in my bag and good sized mirror inside it, its very quick and easy. Good quality sponge included, I've been using the same compact for over a month and I would guess I have another month, so for the price it is excellent, I've paid over £30 for foundations that don't match up to this. Well worth trying this, just a pity its no longer on Amazon's subscribe and save plan, but still great value.

Firstly, this is totally not the right foundation for very pale skin outisde of the summer months. It is a little touch dark on me but it's not very noticable. This foundation was designed with giving you a little summer glow in mind, hence the slightly darker shades. I love it though. I have combination skin and in summer normal liquid foundation set with powder melts off my face. This controls shine, covers redness and stays put (even at a sweaty gig, the photos of me did not look flushed, just a little glow) and the compact is very svelt so goes easily in my hip bag for speedy touch ups. It glides on and doesn't stick to dry patches whilst it keeps your face matte in normal conditions (ie, not jumping around a sweaty thrash metal gig) and the SPF means you don't get extra redness from the sun. It's a great summer foundation, if you layer if where you need extra coverage it will cover blemishes and scars. I have a scar from a nasty skin infection under my eye and with this, one swipe of the powder sponge and it is covered. I like it, and will wear this all summer long.

I am around 50 years of age have enlarged pores around my nasal area, and have tried numerous foundations, they all sink into my pores and make me look like I have the skin of a ripe orange. It' looks horrendous with a magnifying mirror! I can't tell you how horrified I've been on close analysis, patchy, wrinkly all made worse by inadequate foundation. But not this one, oh no! This one glides on like a powder, my skin looks like that of a 30 year old and smooth as a baby's bum. It doesn't seem to sink into the pores at all. I do use a good quality serum and moisturiser, otherwise I think it would be quite drying to the skin, but it doesn't make me look wrinkly at all. And a bargain too! What more could one want?

Of all the powder and mineral foundations I’ve tried over the years, this one gives the most coverage and the nicest appearance to the skin. As others have said that the Ivory shade is a bit dark, I opted for Porcelain as I have very pale skin - I have never found a good colour match in foundation until finding this!! If you are very pale like me, I would say this is the best shade for you, it will give you a radiant, sun-kissed look which is perfect for the summer months. Here’s a tip: If you have very dry skin or are over a certain age, use an intense moisturiser before you apply this or it will most likely look powdery and settle into all your lines and wrinkles - Baobab oil solves this problem for me!!

This is my youngest daughter’s favourite foundation. It arrived with Amazon Prime next day delivery and well packaged and in perfect condition. For the price paid this is good quality. It comes in a compact with a mirror and a sponge to apply the foundation. My daughter is quite pale and the natural shade is a good match to her skin tone. The cream is quite dry going on but as her skin tends to go greasy she quite like the matt finish. All in a good quality cream that goes on well and lasts all day for a fraction of the price of other brands and does as good a job.

What a con, these are refills not the full compact as stated.

I've used max factor face finity compact for quite some time now and I can honestly say it's the best powder foundation I've ever used. I don't have time in a morning to apply a liquid foundation and I really don't want to leave my house without any coverage at all. A good 5 mins is all that's needed to apply and it gives a really good coverage. Any troublesome spots I have I just dab a tiny bit of concealer and apply this on top and the jobs a good un! The shades aren't that light if you have snow white skin, having said that I have ivory skin and it suits me fine, I buy the shade porcelain as it's as far as I'm aware the lightest shade. I highly recommend this product.

Je ne m'attendais pas à tant que ça, c'est un très bon fdt, très fin mais couvrant, fait naturel et la peau n'a pas l'air maquillée. Parmi toutes ses qualités, j'apprécié deux : il est confortable et ne désèche pas du tout ma peau très, très sèche, et la couleur est parfaite, un joli beige-rosé que j'adore. En plus, il tient toute la journée. Je vais en racheter, c'est sûr.
