Hold a ton of floss.
I ordered 2 of these because they are so hard to find. Perhaps I only needed one because they hold a lot of pages. Very happy with my DMC binders and highly recommend them for anyone who wants to store their floss without winding. These are very clever! Now I need more pages for my books!

Unuseable two-ring binder
Was larger then I expected. It was a two-ring binder and could not find any large plastic insert pages. It came from England and the postage would have cost as much to return as the organizer cost. So out of luck in returning it or being able to use it. Worthless without the proper insert pages.

To be clear...
This is just a slightly over-sized binder, into which you fit the corresponding plastic "Binder Insert" sleeves. The sleeves hold the "Floss Holder" bobbins - they are meant primarily for the standard floss skeins. There's not much to the "system" but it's far better IMO than the little cardboard bobbins in the plastic case. You can get numbering stickers from DMC to label your skeins as you get them. You can organize your colors for each project in the travel bag for further convenience. I like this system as I think it beat all the alternatives.When I first purchased this, I found it difficult to determine just what it was, as there was not a whole lot of details or clear pictures online. Upon receiving it I had a moment of, "That's it?" Then found it was quite useful. Great for a large collection of floss.

great organizer
love it...arrived very quickly everything is kept nice and neat :) it doesn't come with the inserts so you do have to buy them but I knew that.

Not a three ring binder
I have two of the original DMC binders that old and organize your thread using slotted pages with holes to fit the 3 ring binder. So I was excited when I saw this as my floss collection keeps growing and I love the binder system. This binder only has TWO rings. They are not round like a normal binder. More rectangular. It may still work. BUT don't expect a three ring binder.
