Still the best.
I have heart problems from time to time, and had heart attacks when I was in my 20's. This has always been the best brand of coQ10, and after trying other brands both cheap and expensive, this is still the only one that helps me breathe better about thirty minutes after taking it.

Read the ingredients carefully!
I only gave this one star because it contains Vitamin A, which I didn't realize when I bought it. Vitamin A should be taken very cautiously and only when it is absolutely necessary. I would much rather take Co-Q10 without that added vitamin.
