Came with dead battery
It either doesn’t work or came with a dead battery. Haven’t had a chance to try to track the special battery down and test it before sending it back.

Broke
Had it for a bit. The button on the remote kept getting stuck. Also, it is super hard to spread apart the space where the phone goes. The selfie stick ended up breaking.
