These are just like the Sinclair wallet knives except for a thin metal reinforcement for the handle parts. The net effect is the whole unit is much more solid with less flexibility of the blade from the handle. It is a significant improvement. It is barely thicker when unfolded and is not more difficult to carry..This is a good unit and with a pack of three you get an extra unreinforced knife that they call a “box cutter”. Very nice improvement over the original.

I gave these to a couple of hard to please teenagers and a 40 year old man. It's impossible to tell which of the three was more thrilled. In a gift exchange where many more expensive items were exchanged, this little folding knife was by far the biggest hit with the guys. They loved it!It's small, comes in a case, and will easily fit in a wallet. It takes a couple of tries to get a feel for how to transform it into a pocket knife. Once you get it - it's easy and quick. The knife isn't super-sharp or heavy-duty, but it will work fine to cut a thinner rope or open a package. The guys tested it out while opening some other gifts, and gave it an A+ for performance.If you are looking for a unique, high impact gift - especially for hard to please guys or teenagers - this really fits the bill!

They are what they say they are and they even gave me an extra knife as a "Free Gift" which I found really nice. The extra didn't have the metal on it but it did have a gold colored blade. Along with that all three knives came with a basic thin leather like material sheathe for your wallet (The extra one did not have one but whatever). Only other thing is that the grind is not quite the same as in the advertised pictures but it is by no means a scam or some cheep money grab. Since these are an older model and don't have rubber for the joints I would say there is a chance for them to break but it would be after using it a bit (this is a backup knife anyway) and even then you have two additional knives you also got. If ya want to get this for a gift though. I would advise against giving it to someone who frequents the air port. These things will likely end up on the "Oh crap I forgot that was in my pocket" list. And people have indeed gotten in trouble for having this item on their person in a weapon free zone.In conclusion if I for whatever reason had to get a new one I would probably come to these guys, its well put together for what it is and should suit its purpose well. The only hitch is that if you have one of those card holding style wallets the sheathe won't fit but the knife itself is only about the width of two credit cards.

2 of the 6 knifes I bought had broken locks and a third one is about to break .I 'M NOT SURE IF IT WAS A BAD BATCH OR LOW QUALITY.Be very wary when purchasing from this company. Jason

I expected the knife to be very fast and easy to use on short notice. That’s not the case. Some of the knives stopped snapping together when using. The blades are pretty dull and the blade lock is pretty difficult to turn. It was nice of them to include an extra one.

These knives are great for keeping in a purse or wallet or somewhere you don't have much room. Mind you these are not heavy duty work knives and their use is limited. Great for cutting something light like opening the tape from a box. Do not expect to get the same durability as you would from a regular pocket knife. They are great for what they are, limited use and easy storage.

Just like the plastic knives but in SS. That makes them a bit thicker. Comes in a plastic sleeve. I don't think they'll work out in my wallet due to the very little extra thickness.

These knives are great for keeping in a purse or wallet or somewhere you don't have much room. I purchased these for a few of my friends who may need these in a pinch. They were a little hard to open at first, but we finally got the hang of it.
