Air Wick Freshmatic Refill Spray- Lavender & Chamomile - 250 Ml

I bought the Airwick dispenser from a local grocery store and due to issues during unpacking the equipment, ended up breaking the delicate nozzle mechanism of the canister. When I wrote to them explaining the apparent design-defect with a request to improve it, to my surprise the company immediately initiated CRM and not only replaced the canister for free completely at their cost, they were also very polite and receptive to the suggestions. Now I am a Airwick fan and will not consider any other brand. I have tried the Sandalwood, Lavender and Rose fragrances for Airwick and liked the Lavender best (my personal preference). The perfume lingers in the air for at-least an hour. Even in windy rooms, the perfume manages to hang in the air for 15 - 20 minutes. While there are compatible fragrances available from Chinese companies, the original Airwick fragrances definitely seem more concentrated in their odour. I just wish that Reckitt Benckiser rapidly expands the product portfolio to include sharper and milder fragrances.

Satisfactory quality for this price but scent is bit strong as soon as it fires and wanes off quickly if AC is running, may be because it keeps on rotating and filtering air

The product smells great but I had to return it. I searched on the web that air freshners can cause respiratory problems in the long run and consulted a doctor too. I never wanted my team members in office to suffer like this. So, I thought it better to return it. thanks Amazon!

Packaging was great. Fragrance is okay. It has a bit citrusy note in it. And it doesn't linger for too long may be around 15mins or so you'll get a hint of smell.

I saw an automatic room freshner in office & it certainly keeps the rest room fresh. I thought of buying automatic air freshner for my house. I have been using the regular airwick room freshners in my car & home since many years and am happy with them. So, i thought this will be great too. I purchased all fragrances & 3 dispensers for my home. The dispensers are all good, however all these scents are a waste. The perfume is very weak & does not freshen the room. I changed setting to fast & tried it in small closed rooms, still cannot notice the perfume even a few minutes after the spray. The perfume needs to be improved to be stronger & longer lasting. I am very dissapointed by these but dont have any other alternative in the market.
