I've been searching for a scale to use while losing weight. I started at 429 and my old scale from the VA broke. So after much searching and looking for one that would work for someone over 400 lbs. I thought I'd give this one a try because of the reviews. Well, It does not work as claimed. I have yet to get an accurate reading. Every time I get on it the numbers flash for several seconds then the scale goes blank. I step off to let it reset and try again. The same thing happens over and over again. I've replaced the brand new Duracell batteries and that does not help. I would not recommend this scale to anyone. Unfortunately, I have already recycled the box and I guess I'm stuck with not being able to return it, so I'll have to continue to have to weigh at the market.

The best part about this scale is the display. The scale appears to be accurate but not 100% of the time. For example, I weighed 182 lbs one morning, and then the next morning the scale displayed a weight of 176 lbs. At a recent visit to my doctor's office, I weighed 170 lbs. I know I have gained some weight from eating too much over the holidays, so I would estimate that 176 lbs. is probably more accurate than 182 lbs. The variance is somewhere between 4 to 6 lbs. However, this scale is a good value for the price.

It's not often you get so much for so little. It's a great scale, attractive, accurate, and is the best bargain I have come across in a long time.

Good scale but weight not consistent or different weight reading otherwise the product works

This is a great scale. It is very easy to read and just by standing on the scale, the weight is registered. Great product.
