Wonky and moves around alot even on concrete. The weight plates slide around on the weight holder while you are using it for lat pull downs! Assembly was abstract at best. Missing bolts meant I had to pull from own stock to finish assembling. Had to re-box up and return for a refund.. Don't waste your time or money buying this.
