This little device really worked! It helped to keep the tires in line and really close to the wood. Highly recommend this little tool. Cost is a little much though. You also need to put gentle pressure and don’t pound the wheel and nail.

Awesome product!Takes the “guess work” out of equally spacing the wheels from the block.I also used it with a cordless drill as a guide to “drill out” the axle space vs. using a drill press etc.

The guide was very easy to use and turned what used to be the most nerve-wracking part of building a Pinewood Derby racer into a simple process. My only complaint is that the tool is too wide. Once one axle has been inserted and the tool is reversed for the opposite side, cannot be fully inserted into the slot because of the presence of the first axle. But it's close enough.

This was extremely helpful in installing the wheels on the car.

Tricky to figure out how to hold it in place and push the wheel in at first. Once you get the hang of it you'll love it. It was very helpful!

We purchased two for our Pinewood Derby this year. We had 60 racers and this tool sped up the wheel process like crazy. Because we set the wheels for each racer, instead of them doing it at home, the guides got a lot of use. I was hoping they would be useful again next year but because it is made of plastic, the guide that sits in the axle slot didn't survive and we will probably need to purchase again next year. Overall, I loved these! We will be using them every year.

I have never been able to get the wheels and axles straight. This makes it super easy. My son went from struggling to stay with the pack to bringing home a trophy and moving on to finals in the council. Only difference was using this tool. Easy to use not expensive.
