Works great and a good price
I bought these to replace the original straps on my tow dolly and I love them. My originals were poorly designed and didn't work well on smaller diameter tires,these are much easier to use and fit a 13 inch tire perfectly. Highly recommend

Discrepancy in labeling
Product appears to be well made and adjustable for range of tires. However, the range stated on the package does not match that posted on the Amazon site, which caused me to return the initial order unnecessarily.
