I was hesitant to try this product. But I did, and I am very glad. It is really is very comfortable. I like that it does not directly support me; Instead, I am gently reminded to stand up straight by the changes in pressure. It works. And because it doesn't directly support you, you are building up the weak muscles that are needed for good posture and not relying on a device for your support. you really should follow the directions and only wear it a short time initially. By transitioning to this corrector slowly, you are building up the required muscles slowly, and you are not uncomfortable. I recommend it.

It really deserves zero stars. The product arrived without directions or guidelines for use. I’ve found it to be worthless. I’d advise anyone considering this brace to read the comments provided and purchase any other product except this one.

This product was too small and came with no instructions. I contacted Amazon for a refund. Amazon contacted the manufacturer in China who has yet to contact me after 2 weeks. It is not the fault of Amazon but don’t buy this product!

It's a habit that's difficult to break when you've been doing it wrong for a long time. But as soon as I started wearing this, it helped to keep my back straight and inn the right position. Definitely recommend.
