Although these are a great value and come with a case they are not thin. They were very easy to mold and I like the material, BPA free, however I really was hoping they would be thinner. Be careful when removing from the water because touching the mold on the bottom will put the impression of your finger on the mold and make it a little rough to your tongue. I am giving it 4 stars because I do like the materials I just wish they were thinner and it was very easy to mold.

This night guard gets the job done. It comes with 2 different sizes which is good and it stops from grinding teeth at night. Would recommend to someone with that problem!

Horrible item!! Did not mold to my teeth, cut into my gums and was sadly uncomfortable.
