Addictive! I can’t stop eating this. I made a huge pot so the folks I was babysitting for over a weekend would have something to eat upon their return home but I ate it all myself!! I make these in to a warm lentil salad with cucumber, tomato, olive oil and lemon and it is absolutely delectable!

They are alittle different than regular lentils, but I like them better. They do hold their shape and have a wonderful flavor

These arrived quickly, the quality was great and they worked perfectly in my recipe. I'll buy them again. My recipe is for a Middle Eastern lentil forward dish, so the lentils have to be good. These hit the mark.
