The NeuroMD has worked great for me. A year ago I was having really bad back pain so I went in for an MRI and found out I have spinal stenosis, not bad but bad enough to have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. I tried PT, back support belt, red light pad and another pad and nothing seem to help. The NeuroMD was my last thing to try and if it didn't work I figured I'd just I was going to have to learn to live with the pain. When i first started using it I wasn't sure it was going to work but I'm about 10 weeks into using it and my back actually feels great. I would highly recommend this product.

I have been dealing with a screwed up back for just shy of 3 years. Tried this device and oh my God! I've been doing it daily and it is a miracle product!! I does go down deep and really works those muscles that a tens unit can not get to. Thank you for an amazing product!!

This absolutely helps. I have a full spine fusion due to scoliosis. Lots of pain and muscles that are weak on one side and won’t relax on the other. This helps the deep muscles that I cannot even activate due to the fusion. I use it all over my back, abs, butt etc. It helps with deep toning. I’m feeling much better and can stand up straighter. You can buy alternate replacement pads for half the cost of the NeuroMD ones online. The Soterix PainX TENS Unit Electrode Gel Pad Refills fit perfectly. Some people complained about the gel losing its stickiness, but if you clean the spots well that helps with longevity. I didn’t have any issue with the unit turning off while laying on it either.

I wanted to share my experience with the NeuroMD device in a fair and careful way, since expectations matter a lot with products like this. From what I received and used, the device functions similarly to a standard TENS-style unit that provides electrical stimulation for temporary pain relief. While it may offer some mild relief depending on the user, I personally did not notice anything that clearly set it apart from more basic and widely available devices in this category. The product is marketed with terms like “NMES” and “corrective therapy,” which can sound more advanced. However, based on my experience, I would recommend that potential buyers look closely into what those terms mean and how they apply here, and compare with other options before purchasing. In terms of build quality, the unit I received felt fairly basic, including the remote and overall materials. It worked, but it didn’t give the impression of a premium or highly specialized medical-grade device. I also noticed very heavy advertising for this product across multiple platforms, which initially caught my attention. That’s not necessarily a negative on its own, but it did set higher expectations than what I personally experienced. Overall, it may still be useful for people simply looking for general electrical stimulation for temporary back discomfort, but I would suggest approaching the more advanced claims with some caution and doing a bit of independent research to make sure it fits your needs.
