I literally just bought this for the fascination element. It’s so eggy it’s untrue!I have a vegan friend and have been looking at vegan scrambled egg by using this and crumbling tofu. I have yet to get the motivation however 🙈🙈

This makes vegan food taste like eggs
I bought this product as I wanted to make some vegan food for a guest. A pinch of the Black Himalayan Rock Salt made the vegan quiche taste like it contained eggs and a non-vegan couldn't believe the quiche didn't have eggs in it. It's a brilliant product to make food taste of eggs for people who like the taste but cannot eat eggs.

Texture is coarse
I was looking for fine texture but it seems like coarse. Its fine but if you want fine grind then don't go for it.Thanks

Happy with purchase and very quick delivery. Amazing product if u are vegan and want your scrambled tofu to taste like egg!!! Bought twice from this seller and sent some to step son who loved it!
