Reduce throat tickle
Has helped me reduce the "tickle" in my throat from allergies and am coughing less. Great for letting dissolve in my mouth and taste pleasant. I just purchased my second bottle which both I and my husband use.

Good replacement for Thayer's slippery elm
I used Thayer's Slippery Elm lozenges for years. Unfortunately, they stopped making them. I've been looking for a replacement ever since. Most of the lozenges I found had other additives. This is the first one I found that is just slippery elm. These tablets are smaller and denser than Thayer's. They're unflavored, but sweetened. The taste is different, but good. I like to let them dissolve in my mouth. It takes a little longer than the Thayers, but they soothe just fine. Glad I found them. I hope they keep selling them.

Super helpful for silent reflux
These have been great for silent reflux. They're not as great if you are in the middle of a coughing fit, but they work great to prevent coughing and the taste is very mild so it doesn't mess up your taste buds. I use them often before bed too so I can sleep through the night without a coughing fit.

More like pills,than lozenges.
Could be made better, like the old Thayers lozenges. Those were much better quality. But these are pretty good 👍4 stars. Thayers get a 5 star. I'm just saying 🤷

Where has slippery elm been all my life? THESE WORK!
Common cough drops like Halls, Ricolah, Luden's, DO NOT WORK, they're basically just comfort food for when you're sick. Got an itchy cough that is DRIVING YOU MAD, maybe keeping you up at night? Suck on some menthal hard candy that DOESN'T STOP YOUR THROAT ITCHING and are 99% sugar which is exactly what you DON'T need while you have a bacterial infection. Great idea! Well, no more! I'm late discovering these little wonders. Seriously, where have slippery elm lozenges been all my life? They aren't loaded with sugar, which is the last thing as sick person needs, and THEY WORK! They control the itch so you don't cough nearly as much and tear up your throat and so you (and your housemates) can sleep at night and get better sooner. My roommate introduced me to the Thayer's slippery elm lozenges. Relief! I used them up and learned they've been discontinued. I can tell you these are just as good. Seem identical in flavor and effectiveness. Very happy. I have ordered more to stock up for next time.

Don’t help and taste bad
Like many here, I was a big fan of Thayer’s, especially the one that didn’t have sugar. But since Thayer’s went kaput, I settled for these. I would have thought that these would taste better considering the added sugar and stevia but the taste is awful. I have overcome many a nasty-tasting natural remedy for a good result but, as these do not even coat my throat, these will not be staying in my medicine cabinet. Back to the search for a Thayer’s replacement

Ingredients Keep Changing
Every time I order these, another ingredient is added. When I first ordered them, they contained, as inactive ingredients, fructose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and stevia leaf extract. When I ordered them again, they added modified cellulose gum in addition to the aforementioned. And when I ordered a third time, they had added hydroxypropyl cellulose on top of all the others. Each addition has changed the flavor of the lozenge. I wish I could find the original again without the additions.
