Numicon: Box of 80 Numicon Shapes

I’m using these with students in the primary grades who need some support in math. They help the students see how the numbers in addition and subtraction are related. Since each number has its own numicon it is easier to quickly find the numbers.

This is a great product to help your students or your children learn about the concept of numbers. It can be used to teach place value, fractions, decimals.

These are really cool and many more teachers would use them IF they knew that they existed. They are perfect to use as ten frames and addition and subtraction to ten. They are very sturdy and colorful. I'm thrilled to have them in my kindergarten classroom.

Amazing visual aids for special education math. I stack the tens into a long line so that the kids can see how 100 is a lot taller than ten.

Needed extras to go with previous bag set purchase so I can show multiplication and division

The numicon shape tiles are great for building the number sense concepts. They are also very helpful for adding and multiplying as a manipulative or model. They are thick enough to be strong and easy to pick up. It would be helpful to get the stacking tray with bumps for the tiles to fit on. I think they are sold but we didn't get that set.
