Tamagotchi Original - Yellow/Blue

I was very pleased when I got this and the package was really nice and cute. I had fun taking care of my tamagatchi and the controls were really easy to learn with the intructions that are provided. This is definitely worth getting as a gift for a child or even an adult. I did get bored of it weeks later, but you can always start the game over once the character dies and have more fun with it again. I think this could actually be helpful getting a kid ready for a pet as these creatures require similar needs as a pet would. It's also cool to see what rare creatures you can get. This is definitely worth the money.

I only have a tamagotchi gen 1, and now a gen 2! Love how simple the shell is. Worked perfectly right out of the packaging.

I got this because I had it as a toy in my childhood and I loved it but i didn’t realize how much noise it made when it’s hungry and the beeping doesnt stop and can’t go on silent lmao i lost it

My child had wanted a tomogachi for a long time and this one was amazing, and definitely the best decision! It was worth the money and very cute!

Bought this for myself when I figured out tamagotchi was still being made. I'm an '04 kid, so I don't have nastolgia about when these toys first came out. I vaguely remember begging my mom for a tamagotchi when I was around 6. I lost it and never found it again. These things are really fun, but you have to check it constantly to make sure it's well taken care of (learned that making no mistakes while caring for your tama will net you the best one) and happy. I'm a big fan of LCD toys, as I grew up with a few, and Tamagotchi is no different. NOTE: If your tamagotchi dies, theres a reset button of the back that you can press with a toothpick or other small object, OR press A while holding down C to reset for a new egg.

I bought this for myself and I am so glad that I did. I love it! It would be a great gift for anyone born in the 90s and even kiddos nowadays would get a kick out of it. It is exactly the way I remember it. Thank goodness

I remember back in the day they were much bigger now they’re smaller than my pinky and you can barely see the character. My kids have fun with it though because they like the noise it makes but they’re only 5 and don’t know how to feed it.

20 years later--so glad these finally came back to USA! Item arrived quickly, well packaged and new, sealed in box. Haven't opened it yet but I assume it is fine. Disregard the previous comment from the other reviewer, as these replica versions are almost completely identical to the older models in every way. If you want a healthy 'good' character, don't feed them any snacks!

Exactamente lo que se muestra en las fotos, de momento funciona sin problemas y tiene un tamaño bastante decente. Lo único que no me gustó es que la pantalla sea tan tenue, no estoy seguro si así era el original pero al menos se puede ver con la suficiente luz

El producto es lindo pero la mascota se muere en cuánto cumple 15 días; siempre estuvimos atentos a lo que necesitaba y sin importar los cuidados que le damos, se muere. Lo intentamos varias veces y siempre fue el mismo resultado.
