Actually liked this bag and the material. Very careful with my stuff and used it a few times within limited stuff in it. But it started to fall apart at the seams. And frustratingly I cannot make contact to get a replacement. Don’t want a refund. Just a replacement because this should not happen after 3-months.

I’ve been using this bag for work and within a month it’s already ripped at the bottom where it’s stitched. The faux leather will peal off. The sides of the bag (rubbery parts) have torn off bit by bit due to friction from the bag strap or clothes. It’s small so if you want to carry more than a laptop and 3 books - you can’t, the bag zipper will split. For a bag that’s fairly expensive it’s not practical or durable at all. However, I will say it does look good (well used to). Also, the strap is very flimsy and the buckle will slide constantly.
