This simple and effective toaster is a great addition to my kitchen!Its incredibly simple to use and it comes with more functions than i knew i needed from a toaster!Not only does it toast, it also WARMS! I constantly find that once ive toasted an entire loaf of bread, the first slices of toast end up cold and lifeless. However, with this toaster, you can revive your frigid, uncooperative toasts so that they are warm and ready for spreads and toppings, just like they were freshly toasted!Also, there is a cancel button, which is great, because occasionaly i immediately regret my decision to toast something, and i feel safer knowing i can back out at the last second.Although the toaster has a gentle pop-up feature when the toast is done, i prefer to dig the toasts out with a butterknife. Some people say thats dangerous, but, to each their own!

Excellent toaster, toast evenly as noted in instructions. I would buy again. A very good price. Also has a heat rack that pops up with the lever on the left side. A very good added option.UPDATE- Toaster will not lockdown to toast. I purchased it August 2018. This is Nov 9. IT HAS A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.I AM A PRIME MEMBER. This is a nice-looking, substantially built toaster. My example works as advertised, came well packed with instructions, and is easy to use. When two pieces are inserted, the toast comes out equally browned, not perfectly even all across the slice, but as any normal toaster produces. When one slice is toasted at a time, the inner side is browner because of the extra heat passing through from the empty slot. The blue buttons appear to come on properly, with the one blue light indicating toasting and it also may be pressed to Cancel. There is a lever for raising the warming holder, and a slide-out tray for cleaning the crumbs. So far I am perfectly happy with it. The instructions say that the first few cycles will cause the packing lubricant to evaporate, so I ran it four or five times empty and indeed the odor was gone. It does look handsome on the counter and it's not much bigger that my old one, having wider slots for thicker items.

For the price, this is a great buy. It also has some features that I wasn't really looking for but are actually pretty useful.- Nice looking design, simple, and clean looking.- There is a crumb tray at the bottom which makes cleaning it so much easier.- It also has 'toasting bars' which I was initially confused about what they were for, but make it nice for heating up buns, etc without actually having to toast them (especially considering they won't fit in the toaster).- Defrost option. Super handy and a lot of other toasters don't have this. Great if you keep your toast in the freezer.Overall pretty great for the price and came exactly as described.

Turned up all the way it will toast the bread to a light brown. Slow toasting, takes three or four minutes or so for that light brown. Heating elements heat unevenly so bread is not browned to edges nor is the center browned.The small size of slots means I have to cut the bread for it to fit when I use bread from a bakery and the top sticks out and doesn't toast.It's underpowered, slow, and small. Probably be good for plain white bread but doesn't cut it for bakery bread or bread with any whole grain.

On or about after having this toaster for 6 months it started to work off and on, i would place bread in toaster and push down the toast button and the lever would not stay down, and the blue light and cancel button would not turn on. Sometimes if I hold the toast lever down the blue light comes on and the toaster levers stays down and does pop back up after the desired setting has been reached. When it works it works great! And would give it 5 stars if this issue can be resolved

I have had many different toasters and always went with a brand name. This time I searched and read a lot of reviews and couldn't decide because I didn't like the reviews. I did not read the reviews on this one and I never heard of TOBOX but I decided that after reading about some of the features I would try this one. I absolutely love this toaster. The cord is in the middle so you can use on whatever side you want. It toasted perfectly evenly on my first toast and it even has a reheat element that is so easy to use. It also comes with very good information from the company and it's nice looking. This was a very good choice I made. Love this toaster.

I purchased this toaster on February 10, 2018. I was very happy with this product in the beginning, It toasted perfect toast. Four months later, it hardly ever makes my perfect toast. because it rarely works properly. The lever to hold the bread down usually does not work and pops the toast up right away. Even though it can make perfect toast , what good is a toaster that only sometimes works? I'm am very disappointed with my purchase of this item.Update: Today , Sept. 3, 2018, TOXO sent me an e-mail with an offer to send me a replacement toaster. They informed me that I have a year warranty on the toaster. They instructed me to go to Cusibox777@ outlook.com for my offer. Yahoo tells me that they cannot find this site.
