Hi, yes our Deep Conditioner works great for low porosity 2B hair. It is deeply moisturizing & hydrating, which is super important for low porosity hair. It contains a lot of great natural ingredients such as Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Argan Oil & Shea Butter that are great for all hair types!

Q: Is this products for Perm Relax black hair?

Not sure about that. My hair is naturally curly and Rizos products work very well for me.
