Review: Great headset - My ONLY complaint is the placement of the mute button. I am constantly hitting it on my desk mid conversation and muting myself. I resorted to removing a screw cap from my desk chair and taping it over the mute button. Otherwise it has great sound, clarity and functionality. I am very pleased with it.

Great headset

Great product.
I have been using these headsets for years and they are great.

Mute Button Issue
Quality seems good, and the cord is long. However, there is a problem using Dragon: Press the mute button, the blue LED illuminates and the mike is muted as expected. After a few minutes, the Dragon mike icon on the computer screen goes from green (listening) to blue (asleep) as usual. Press the mute button again and the blue LED goes off--but the mike remains muted. Pressing the "+" key on the keyboard cycles the onscreen mike icon back to green (listening), but the mike remains muted. Repeated presses on the mute button or keyboard "+" key will cycle the blue LED or the onscreen icon respectively, but the mike will remain muted until I exit and restart Dragon. I'd appreciate any advice form the manufacturer.

Works well as advertised
Usually don't review items, but I understand most don't when satisfied. This thing works just fine for what I wanted (use with Dragon Naturally Speaking software to draft documents, and listen to music/videos while otherwise working, while still leaving an ear free). Volume is fine, comfortable, all of that.

Works like it's supposed to.
This headset works great. I have used it for the last two months and it has been a lifesaver. I am not the best at typing but with this natural speaking headset and being able to control the on and off button from a little switch it works better than my other two headsets. I would recommend this highly with the Dragon NaturallySpeaking system.

Fair cost, work well.
Product is reasonably priced, comfortable, and easy to maneuver microphone part of headset. Cord is a little to long. Since it's connected to computer the extra yardage doesn't seem necessary.

Didn't last very long
I purchased March 17, 2019. Now in August 2020, they no longer work. They are making my job impossible. I've gone through 2 of the Nuance basic USB headsets (didn't last a month) and this pair in less than 2 years. Afraid to spend more money on the bluetooth headset, but it looks like my only 1-earphone option.
