Very useful for cutting bars and forks
This cut guide works really well. Just tighten it where you want it and it cuts a straight line. I’ve already cut 3 sets of bars and one fork, haven’t had any issues. I would recommend this tool for anyone who is looking to take some length off of bars, forks, or even seat posts.

Just enough space and rattle-free
I bought this because my old seat bag would rattle around a lot on bumpy rides. The strap on the seat roll keeps everything nice and secure, so no more rattles with this one. It's also nice that it unrolls and acts as a mini "tool bench" on the ground for repairs so that tools and parts don't end up lost in the grass. It is a big on the big side, largely because of the heavy duty fabric and the number of pouches and dividers that make it so practical. I found that with it mounted under my seat as intended with a full roll, it rubbed my thighs a bit. I ended up turning it on its side and that works much better for me.

Great tool to have in your bike toolbox
Great product! Securely holds handlebars and fork steerer tubes so that you can make a clean, accurate cut. I used it to shorten a steer tube on a new fork I installed on my bike. You need to own a table vice if you are going to use this product. This product will not help you if you don’t have a vice to clamp it into.

Good for 1" threaded and 1 1/8" threadless...
Great tool! I bought this for a threadless fork, but it also worked great for a 1" threaded. The clamp body and clamp are hard plastic. I was able to tighten down the clamp tight enough to hold the 1" threaded fork in the clamp and cut it down without damaging the threads that were clamped. Didn't have to clean up threads at all, everything screwed right on.. nice!

Must have for DIYers.
If you are a DIYer, this is a must have for carbon bike owners. Bike carbon parts are expensive and this takes the guess work out of ensuring the straightest cut on those expensive parts. While there are many home DIY methods for getting a straight cut, I opted not to go that route as I was cutting a pretty expensive carbon fork steerer tube. Even if you use this sparingly or hell, just once, it's less than the cost and inconvenience to have your LBS do the work. You can also loan to friends and save them a few bucks, too.I'd recommend this tool in a DIYers tool collection. It takes the guess work and worry out of getting a straight cut on those expensive carbon items.

Can't go wrong with a Park Tool
Nothing like having the right tool for the right job. After paying a shop to do the installation of a new suspension fork because I lacked the correct tool to trim the steerer....they did a mediocre job and didn't trim the steerer leaving me to correct it. Park Tools to the rescue. Like all Park Toools it's extremely well made and easy to use properly. And to make the purchase even better...I'm installing a new suspension fork on my fiance's bike this weekend...already paid for.

Cut your own fork!
This, like all of my Park Tools, is a very high quality product. The clamp secures the fork nicely and fit both my 1 inch and 1.125 inch carbon forks.- To use it, you first clamp the saw guide into a vice (I fortunately have a clamp built into my workbench).- Then you slide the fork into the saw guide and clamp your fork down.- Oiling a new hacksaw blade makes the cut smoother and keeps fewer carbon dust particles in the air- The guide then just guides your blade through the fork. The cut is nice and even.*The only thing that could be improved upon is to see the mark for the cut through the saw guide. This required a flashlight off to the side to illuminate my mark before final clamping.
