Did the job
I used this product to cut some additional oblong holes in a belt. They are not a work of art but the price was right and the punch I used worked fine with a 1/4" thick leather belt. I did not want professional quality at professional prices for something I may only use several times a year.

Holes very easy to create
Bought this to put in new holes for my wife's watch band, worked perfectly

Oval leather punches
So far these are very nice, sharp, well made. I am happy.

The right punches for belts.
This is the right way to punch new holes in a thick belt.

Disappointed but hey, at least they're only $8.
The punches came COVERED in some kind of oil. One of the 4 punches was DOA with the tip being curved in and they're listed as belt/watch punches but the sizing does NOT work for a watch strap unless your buckle is massive.
