Alienvibes 110W 2.2 Channel Subwoofer PC Speaker System, Black (W401)

The sound is pretty good, but unfortunately the subwoofer crackles whenever the bass goes up. In my opinion, the tweeters on the subwoofer should be removed.

Sounds like crap. You get what you pay for

First of all as the unit arrived it has burned down immediately upon being turned on, but thanks to amazon at least I got a quick replacement. So the sound is good (a little lacking in the middle but highs and lows are good). But why would you hardwire all the cables to the satellites?! and the cables that come with it and those that are sticking from the satellites are of very poor quality and extremely short! I could tolerate this if satellite cables weren't soldered in place, so now it's not such an easy thing to replace them to something longer and better looking (yes, this also makes a difference!)For input I immediately bough some nice mediabridge cables.If you're planning to play tunes from your phone, then the amplifier won't pull out the max volume (at least on my lg nexus 4), playing from a laptop - can bring the sound to intolerable levels )))

I've read the reviews people have posted about how their system arrived defective or simply failed withing a very short period of time and all that I have to say is that mine works great. I am fully satisfied with the performance these speakers deliver and I'm also very pleased with the looks. I've had mine for a few months now and haven't had any issues yet.

these things are amazeingly loud and have crazy bass i love these and i use them everyday. these look amazing under a flat screen or just as your computer speakers

The previous setup I had was too bass-heavy and was lacking in the mids and highs. Didn't mind it at high volume but the neighbors didn't feel the same way. These provide the clarity I was looking for and a suitable amount of bass. Can't turn it too high because the sub rattles if the bass level is turned too high but it's plenty loud. Too bad they don't seem to produce these anymore because I would recommend to anyone. Perfect for music and movies.
