I used these to hold balms and lotions I made for Christmas gifts. They are the perfect size! They have a pad inside the lid for a good seal and they are food-safe, with no coating to flake off or tarnish. Buyers should keep in mind, though, that these are aluminum tins, not stainless steel. They will bend and dent under pressure.

As you can see, I needed storage space for a lot of different spices. I tried the magnetic spice tins that are also sold on Amazon, but they were hard to open, especially if your hands are wet. The screw tops on these are perfect! I glued magnets to the top of the tins and labeled the bottom with chalkboard labels. They work great on the metal sheeting I adhered to my kitchen wall. The tins arrived in great shape, and nicely packaged. I ended up buying 36!!

A bit bigger than I expected, the 2oz ones probably would've been a more appropriate size what I need them for, but still not a problem for me. Very useful, great little containers. In the long run, I think I'll be glad I got the 3oz over the 2oz. Highly recommend!!

Smooth and even threading, secure cap, thick enough to be sturdy, especially if you plan on filling these with candle wax. Will order again when we run out.

Reasonably priced, aluminium tins (should be rust-proof), a good size for lotion bars. Even though I am using it for an anhydrous products, it is still good to know it is unlikely to rust if it ever comes into contact with moisture/water.

Loved these tins! Bought them to make some emergency candles and the size is perfect to stash anywhere! Held up well and the seal is great. I have enough left over I plan to use for some homemade body/beard balm! Very happy with them.

I use these to store pine pitch, white ash, fat wood shavings, pulverized charcoal, pine resin, cotton balls and I use them to make and store char cloth. They work really well! I will say that when making the char cloth, to be sure that you keep the sealed container out of coals and in the flame. When the container gets too hot it weakens it. My container got a little thin on the outside and kinda dented in when gripping it to open and close the lid. I love these things though! I use them ALL THE TIME!
