Impressive flavour.
Liked authentic flavour. Disliked large quantity. Took an age Gring up. Probably 12 months supply for us. Suggest, smaller quantities.

as good if not better than my own mix! shelf life 18mths just grind up what you can use for a recipie so its always fresh!

Recommended if you going to blend it all at once
I like seeing whole products but I should admit that blending it properly us a challenge. I wasn't planning to do it all at once which is probably not the best wat because how do yoy find right proportions of all ingredients which are plenty in garam masala. Both big and small. I only blended a small quantity so not sure whether I hot the best blend ever.Individual ingredients look as good quality.
