This has some real heat to it! Unless you are a wasabi connoisseur or love really hot foods, be careful! Not knowing what I was doing on my first try, I put a large glob of this on a spoon and went for it. For a brief second I thought, “this isn’t so bad” and then I took a breath. The heat rushed to my nasal passages and brain and I thought, “and this is how I die”. After briefly blacking out, my soul returned to my body and everything was back to normal. It was quite the rush. So, if you are a thrill seeker, this product is for you.But truthfully, when used sparingly, this is a great wasabi which adds a nice heat to your food.

Looks and taste like a quality wasabi paste, we enjoy a few sushi rolls and other Asian foods with wasabi and ginger slices….

This is the hottest wasabi I have ever had. Honestly I would prefer if it was just normal hot. Proceed with caution! Genuine made in Japan.

I had trouble finding this locally so I was pleased to find it on Amazon. It’s great to have with sushi!

Convenient tube of wasabi. Easy to dispense little amount at a time. My wife loves wasabi with her sushi and loves this brand. I dont eat it as too hot for me.
