READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLATION!
I bought a set of 2 screen protectors for 2 of the same phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 9). The item I received was missing the installation instructions and the sticky tabs to help hold the protector while placing it on the phone. I read the reviews and watched the installation video on the Gobukee website. The only information I couldn't find was how long it was supposed to cure under the UV light for. The UV light provided turns itself off automatically after about 30 seconds, and the light only covers about 1/3 of the phone at a time (directly under the lamp). So I cured both phones twice in each of the 3 sections (top, middle, bottom). This seems to have worked just fine.So this was my first (and second) liquid adhesive installation, rendering my first attempt as a slightly botched job, but the second installation was near perfect. I didn't know if I should put a paper towel down under the phone or what what I should/shouldn't do because I've never done this kind of an install before, and I didn't know if the liquid was sticky or if it would harden on its own over time. I learned that it was smart to put a paper towel down under the phone while working with it, and I used it to carefully wipe the excess off around the screen protector and the whole phone. It did not dry or stick to the phone while I was working with it - it was more of an oil consistency. (note: I wasn't able to get the liquid completely off the phone before curing it, so I was worried it would cure and harden like excess glue does, but it didn't seem to affect the rest of the phone except what was directly under the screen protector (and a couple tiny areas where it got under the clear tape I used).TAPE OVER ALL THE EDGES/SIDES AND SPEAKER. And I would probably use painter's tape if I had to do it again. I used clear Scotch tape to keep the liquid from getting into speaker and all the little buttons/holes around the edges of the phone. This was super important to do, as the glue does seep out and spills over the edges. I would not use the clear tape again because there were a couple tiny places where the edge of the tape wasn't secured to the surface, and the liquid got under it and it cured in those two tiny areas. It wasn't a huge deal for me because I quickly and gently scratched it off and it was okay.I only needed one tube per protector, and there was still excess. The liquid tube was dried/congested at the tip, so I unscrewed the back end and essentially poured it out on the phone. I would recommend that you pour it in the shape of a rectangle, similar to your phone, and that you make sure there are no gaps/bubbles in the puddle of liquid before you put the protector on. If you do get bubbles, just wait a few minutes for them to find their way out and if you have straggler bubbles, use the squeegee to gently push them out. Try not to press down on the screen, but more of a sweeping/guiding motion.I used one of the stickers to help hold the screen protector on the first phone, but I couldn't pull it off before curing it. It would pull the screen protector off the phone, which would ruin/waste the liquid, so I cured it with the sticker still on, and that messed up the installation. I also didn't realize before curing it, that the protector had shifted toward the bottom of the phone, so now my front camera is fuzzy from the edge of the protector being over it, and because there are air pockets where the liquid didn't cure under the sticker. I sincerely thought that the UV light would reflect between the two pieces of glass and the liquid, and I was partially right. It DID cure in the middle of where the sticker was, but not around the edges of the sticker (see pics). This mistake also caused the bottom of the screen protector to meet the very edge of the phone and over some of the tape I had on the phone. When I removed the tape at the bottom, some stuck under the protector, and some of it caused an air bubble to form where there was now missing tape. I was going to pull the whole thing off and buy another protector to try again, but as I was trying to peel the bottom off, I could see it was pulling on the lcd and was causing some light distortion, so I'm leaving it as it is.The bubbles pretty much disappear on their own, but the second protector I installed had a few really tiny, unnoticeable bubbles. You can tilt the phone to help "push" the liquid in the direction the bubble is trying to escape, but keep in mind that the excess glue will ooze out and this will also make the screen protector slide around a bit. If you do this, just make sure you gently reposition the protector before curing it.The second installation on my husband's phone went really smoothly, almost perfectly, since I learned from my mistakes on the first one (my phone). I used just my hands to place the protector on and it was just actually easier than using the sticker. His looks great and works great, but I'm super disappointed in mine. So if you know what you're doing, or at least take the precautions I've told you about, then this is a great buy. If you don't or won't, this is a horrible buy!.

Thank goodness I read reviews before install
So glad I saw that I wasn't supposed to use 2 bottles of glue... only use one bottle for note 9.I had previously installed whitestone dome glass on my note 9 but it was getting that spiderweb look on edges plus some scratches and since they don't offer note 9 in that brand anymore, I went with this brand since its the same concept and after reading 1 star reviews that didn't sound logical or credible.Instructuons were pretty confusing when everything contradicts depending on what you read but for sure info on the box was incorrect. You get 2 pieces of glass and 2 bottles of glue so you have a back up... however it only came with one alcohol wipe, one dry wipe, zero anti-slip pads, zero instructions and zero back antishock film (the box said it was included)Overall I am happy with the results less than a week after install and would recommend to a friend.Tips:Watch videos before you haven't done this before.Clean a level surface before you start, last thing you want is the glue to run off the phone screen into buttons.Use masking tape for the earphone hole so glue doesn't get in. Possibly even side buttons if you dont want to risk them getting sticky (I only taped top of phone plus earhole speaker. When removing protective film from glass, keep the fresh glass side down at all times so dust doesn't catch a permanent ride. Before you remove glass film. Apply glue to the middle of your phone screen by removing red cap, aim at screen and then slowly twist opposite cap to release the liquid.Once you place glass on glue, it will spread evenly without you adding any pressure.Clean any glue without moving the phone, BEFORE you apply UV light.Don't apply any pressure or start UV light until all bubbles are gone. Don't rushI didnt use the provided squeegee for anything and would discourage you from using it during the application. Adding pressure will only force out glue, leaving potential air gaps. Just be patient, the glue needs UV to harden, you have time to make sure its perfect.I used UV light in rotation on each third of my phone, hitting each spot twice just to make sure.Hope this helps someone out there :)Will update if my opinion changes.

Missing items but seems to work well
The package was missing the instruction manual as well as anti-slip pads. Watching the video gives you most of the information but how long am I supposed to cure the glue under the light? I did two rounds for each 1/3 section of the phone and it seems to work but having that information would've been nice.Other than that, I don't have any complaints with the product. It was easy to install (after searching for the info) and the screen comes on clean and cures pretty firmly.
