This is a great product that looks fantastic in my bathroom. I had to reinstall it recently and I accidentally stripped a hex tightening screw. I asked the seller if I could buy the replacement parts they sent me a complimentary replacement 6 months after the order. Now it's been successfully reinstalled.Thanks!

Beautiful set of great quality however the towel ring is crooked. The ring looks askew as if it’s not straight. Will contact seller to see if we can change out that piece. Otherwise this set is too gorgeous for words!!

I love this new set of bath accessories. Out with the old boring plain design. While in Europe year before last, I discovered the cutting toilet paper cover, and found the only one carried by Amazon. Rather than having a pedestal holder to stumble over, this design makes it easy to pull and tear from a wall mount position beside the toilet. I’m very pleased with my new functional decor.
