My 11 year old son loves board games and Monoply is one of our favorites. I bought this for him for Christmas and we played it that night. None of us were really sure what to expect. It’s a little different than the original monopoly. Ie: no houses, no utilities or railroads, etc - little things like that. It’s a little difficult to get used to the new rules but after a few rolls and turns, you get used to it. We played with three of us - two adults and my 11 year old. You are limited to whatever “cheats” you draw that you lay out on the board. Some are quite hard (ie: skip out on paying rent) to get away with and some are easy (steal from the bank). It was so much fun trying to cheat and you quickly became very paranoid of everyone’s actions. One of the cheat actions was to steal a hotel from someone’s property or the bank and put it on your own property. My husband stole a hotel from the bank and I caught him, looked at him suspiciously where he immediately started to laugh and deny it- while in the middle of laughing, he drops the hotel on the floor denying ever doing it - but we heard it drop and roll on the floor. It was just too funny. If you want some laughter and paranoia, buy this. It’s different but we had so much fun together. I almost gave this four stars due to some of the cheat actions being really difficult but that just adds some flare to it. Not everything can be easy in life.

This board game is great but requires a lot of attention. Far more then other monopoly board games.

Buyd as a christmas gift for me and my bf, it was in my wishlist for a long time. We didnt tried it out yet, but im pleased with it. Its my first Monopoly game, quite happy it has english AND French card. The piece where of metal, execpt for the houses. The game board is good quality(like any other social games) The game comes with the rules of course, but make sure to read it, they differ from the original one. It also comes with the handcuff and all cheating/chance cards. I recommend this game a 100%

My family, like most, could never manage to get through game night without someone being accused of cheating, especially playing monopoly. This game solves that problem because cheating is not only allowed but encouraged. I love that if you falsely accuse someone of cheating and they can prove that they didn't you have to pay them money. Stops people from accusing everyone of cheating for no reason. This game is so much fun and my favorite part is that it's not as long as traditional monopoly. 1 game of the traditional would last at least 3 hrs and we'd all grow bored. This game doesn't have that problem because the game ends when all the properties have been bought and all tokens make it back to go. The cheat cards obviously encourage you to cheat but so do the community chest and chance cards. The handcuff is the perfect addition to this game and it adjusts to fit all the wrists sizes we have here. Bottom line whoever said "cheaters never win," was so wrong. Get this game and cheat to your hearts content, you'll have so much fun.
