Scratchgard 13" Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display Screen Protector | Clear

This came without any instructions manual but was easy to make out how to put it on the screen. It is so snug and accurate in size that even a micro inch of gap on either sides will give you trouble. I got it right on my third attempt and it required further efforts to get away with the bubbles. Did not notice any significant changes in colours or resolution although there is a visible glare/reflection due to the film. One can make out there is a protective film on your screen but it looks very clean and snug. It's been a month now and haven't noticed any peeling off from the sides or bubbles either. Also the dust is significantly less and I haven't cleaned the screen ever since. Overall a good quality product if u manage to get it right on the screen.

Quality seems to be fine. Could have given few things to make sure we can stick the film on MacBook by ourselves. I used the black plastic holder present along with the packet's cover (the one on the top of the cover used to hang the cover on a nail or some sort of clip) to remove the air bubbles while applying the film.The product is worth it if you love your MacBook pro. May be the price can go down a bit.

Amazing. Fits my 13 inch Retina just fine. Lot of folks complain that Mac doesn't need Screen guard. With most of Indian city being bowel of dust, my Mac attracted dust even in AC confines of office and home. I have already replaced screen once due to scratches. Go for it if you love your MAC. It Doesn't lesser original viewing experience by a thread. Just a advise - pay 50/100 rs extra to get it applied via a expert at shop. A screen guard is as good as how well you apply it.

The product is nice but way more costly, went to computer market to get it applied, they were selling almost the same product in 100INR.I am sure that there will be a quality difference but even if 100rs screen works for the 6-month this guy can buy 5 screens that are 2.5 years.Don't think our screen will work for 5 years.If you can buy a product locally you will be much happier.

Over sized screen sheet widthwise has no clearnce given. Sheet does not fit properly on sides due to lack of any clearnce between sheet and actual laptop monitor size. Sides after fitting having gap between screen and sheet and stays lifted. Theoritically if it can be lifted and width cut by 2 mm or so, may fit. Physically does not seem possible as already stuck on screen. Did not check clarity of Retina display after fitting screen guard as yet.

A necessary investment for your MBPR. I had one for my earlier MPB and its still going good.Considering the cost of apple product repairs and hassles its a must accessory.Scratchgard is a reputed brand and products are time tested. For this price its a steal.Fairly accurate description of the application procedure on the website. Though its recommended that if you have jitters then get it done by an expert (any mobile shop vender can do it). I did it after watching few youtube videos and still got it right (barring few tiny bubbles which disappeared after few days of use.A definit Five star product.

Very happy with the quality of product as well as delivery. I've posted the photo after application of scratch guard, its flawless. Yes, you will definetely find the difference after the application in the image quality of your Macbook The colours won't show up as good as it looked before application. But it's protection is necessary too, so applying it might always be a good idea if you love your mac.I applied it by myself, wasn't very tough to do. Clean well before applying the guard and use credit card or any such card to remove bubbles slowly slowly.

Fits perfectly on my Macbook. Fun fact, I told a bunch of my colleagues about this, they're happy with it too.I bought this around a year and a half ago and It hasn't had a single scratch since then.You have to be careful while applying it, or probably ask a person who applies these things on the mobile phone. It's pretty straightforward, but something you have to know, like it shouldn't come in contact with any sort of fibres in the application process, only start by aligning the scratch guard from the bottom of the screen to the top, etc.A pretty good product,won't disappoint for sure!
