It's good. A bargain for the money.
Well made. Smooth operation. Locks like one would hope. It's a bit stiff, but I'm hoping that things will loosen up over time. Nothing but positive things to say about this.

Would buy again, does the job!
This fit my trailer perfectly, and the wholes lined up with the previous hitch's wholes from the 1980's. I was worried that they would be off- super glad they were the same! Seemed to be as durable/similar in size and weight to the old hitch

Good quality but….
This coupler is made well but the holes for the bolts don’t follow the standard alignment. I had to adjust them.
