Best beginner's flash and also for pro's will serve as a trigger! Yes it is small, compact, best for travel, fits in the bag without occupying much space and morever is decently powerful! It's full power output is about one fourth that of the TT860s full power output! This is amazing considering the size and that it runs on just 2 AA batteries! Has a very decent battery life! Although in the beginning you'll find difficulty in getting into the system once you read the guide and practice a little, it will be easy! Perfect for indoor shooting and night time photos! Cannot overpower the sun, but golden hour shoots can be done using this tiny thing!

Easy set up with the transmitter does a very good job. Bang for the buck considering the price of the original from Sony

Doesn't Work Well With Sony RX10 IV
No TTL function with Sony RX10 IV. Even forced flash is not consistent.

Had to return it
Works well...but problem is for every 3-4 shots its showing low battery and need to re-insert the batteries...i. Using normal AA batteries....I will return it....

You might get TT685 for this price, but you know why the small flash is for
36 Guide Number isn’t less, but isn’t as good as 60 on slightly pricier tt685. It is perfect fit for Mirrorless cameras, for travelers and for those who may not require to light an entire reception stage. You can use it as a trigger instead of an XPRO with almost similar price.
