I'm 49 and suffered from chronic anxiety and panic disorder for over 40 years now so I'm always very sceptical about alternate products....all I can say is wow....I'm much calmer and I can now leave the house without my heartbeat going at 1000 beats per minute....is it the placebo effect or is it actually helping....tbh I'm not bothered as after 5 days of wearing I'm very excited.... highly recommended to anxiety disorders and sufferer's

Didn’t last long
Liked the bracelet at first. Comfortable and smart to wear but unfortunately only lasted 2 months before it snapped. Unable to wear now..
